They address body relaxation, levels of light in your system, and, let you experience your expanded consciousness. From there, your experiences are uniquely yours. The meditations come in an Mp3 format via email. You can save them and use them daily as support and enhancement of your development and, state-of-being. I hope you enjoy them. Payment is in advance of session to confirm booking. Session will be charged if the customer does not attend. Rescheduling is possible before 9pm of the previous evening. By mutual agreement only. Thank you.
