You can eat as many lemons as you want, you will not become a lemon.
However, if constantly expose yourself to toxix foods, drugs and artificial additives, your body can be affected. The ability to flush the unnecessary out can be compromised.
When I think of nutrition, I think beyond food. I consider what we absorb in thought, beliefs and patterns of thinking, and various forms of drama and conflict. Similar to putting a harmful substance into you mouth as an entry point into your personal system, over-stimulating emotional stress, drama and conflict through what you watch, listen to, or engage in, also is digested into yuor personal system through your mind.
Your personal system, if over-loaded with such things, without enough investment in the energy of life in ways that actually work for you, you can become affected and over-loaded on all levels. Unneccessary layers on top of your self, can give you a sense of diminished light. The light is there, but do you feel it? Do you feel light?
Emotional stress and engagement in drama seems to be quite addictive. People watch a highly emotive drama series as an act of companionship or shared experience. Perhaps we just haven't thought of something else to do togther. Or, we want some down time. Down vibration time? If your energy is well harmonised and you have a good sense of self, you can brush off such things with ease. Here, I am talking about absorbing so much that you actually live your life as if you are in an action movie or drama series. Eavesdropping on conversations, it does seem to happen sometimes. Moderation is a key.
I have never met a person who wants other people to suffer. I have never met a person that doesn't care about the world in some way. People do care. They just have different focus points in any given moment or, different ways of contributing to the whole. They exist. That is a contribution.
I am encouraging people to be conscious of their intake. Be conscious of the whole-person nutrition. Be aware of you nourish the mind, body and spirit daily.
Personal sovereignty, personal leadership, is always important but particularly highlighted in this time of mass communication and connection. It is easy to get caught up in group think. Group think for humanity has been rather destructive at times. Now it is changing, despite what we hear at times.
Join a different group. Move away from absorbing conflict and hate. Turn off the news. Reach out to others daily in friendship. Accept the choices of others and the expereinces they bring. Be a friend to your whole self.
By caring about your whole-self nutrition, you emit vibrations accordingly. This will evolve too. When you commune with those in challenge, change or conflict, you can offer them something else through your state-of-being. When souls unite in these energies, we see powerful effects. World-changing choices.
Let's refocus on the qualities we possess, the wonderful things that are here, and what we believe is possible. Give it all the green light. Allow.
It is a re-committment to respect others, and the soul of self, as we move forward through these days, stimulating, encouraging and experiencing the best that we can imagine. Both for ourselves, and the shared experiences we have.
Let the world reflect your beautiful soul light.
