On Being Who You Want To Be

Take a moment after you read this first paragraph, to close your eyes and feel into your body, your state-of-being, your surroundings and your life situation. Breathe into it all with acceptance. peace.

When we feel and accept all that is, there is a harmony and alignment of our personal system. This alignment presents our potentials. It doesn't all have to be made conscious at the same time. That would be a lot. But experience shows us that it happens.
Doing such a simple and powerful experience, also may bring to our attention, our distractions. Seeing these is another opportunity for fine-tuning or refocusing. A distraction might be something as basic as having too much of the wrong food in our stomach and being uncomfortable.
Living the many chices of our lives, over a long life, there is change both large and small. It is useful to have awareness and the tools to ensure staying on-track and standing powerfully in our own presence, circumstances, and to move forward consciously.
In my recent expereince, I have revisited these conceptsto energise myself my movement forward into more life and what I know is possible. As always, I like to share these things as I also know, that people can take these tools and make them their own.
In a nutshell, it is awareness and acceptance of everything, that allows us to have everything. By making peace with it all, many tensions which can be distracting, fall away. From that point of peace, we can energise our self and participate fully in all that is already (all-ready) in our lives. In this powerful alignment, is where the magic happens.
New ideas occur. New meetings and happenings. Opportunities. Inspirations. At this point, there is no pressure to get a particular result, because you are fully present in what is.
However, there is always more life, so keep on allowing it and going for it.
