There is a lot of emotional conditioning in this world of people. We have the natural movement of emotion and the individual differences that occur. We also have the amplification of emotion, through emphasis and focus on it, through the value we place on various emotions, and through the use of it, to drive particular results that are desired.
Emotional living is a superficial way to live. Emotions are movement, and they are to be felt, respected and allowed. However, when we live in a heightened emotional state for sustained periods of time, we notice that it makes a lot of noise within our self and often, all around us. We don’t usually realize this, until we experience something else.
It is the acknowledgement and soothing of emotion, and the redirecting of our attention to that center which we are, that calms the surface of the ocean, so the depth can be felt. It is the depth of our soul which we want to feel, and have seen.
Through my own training, particularly during my 9 years in Japan practicing the martial arts of Kendo and Iaido, a state-of-being, which could be described as a sense of union, was experienced in different ways. I can tell you, there was no emotion in such experiences. In fact, an injection of thought or emotion, could pull one out of it.
You may relate to this. In childhood, such states were experienced when I was fishing by the river or kicking my soccer ball around as I practiced alone. In more recent years, it has been through my painting, walking and sometimes, my work expressions. Perhaps most frequently, my times sitting quietly in a café, became a form of meditation and harmony.
Our vibration naturally rises, when we don’t disturb it. This is the power of silence and the power of alignment. It is a highly active stillness. However, if we live more from a state-of-being, we won’t need practices or training to raise our vibration. We are it. From this point, we simply make choices. This is possible today because it is what we are.
We can live from a centered aligned state within our self. In doing so, we also naturally notice that which distracts us.
I believe that whether consciously or not, people are naturally pulling away from over-indulgent emotional activation, unnecessary stress, and various forms of conflict. It has become apparent, that these things disturb the peace that we must feel within our self, to make peace in the world a real thing. The more we choose this, the easier it is for everyone to remember and experience it too.
I think the words are important. This helps to bring conscious choice to it. Because the world got a bit dark at times, we are seeing much awakening, remembering, evolutions of systems, and new choices. So, we talk about it, and we say it even though deep down, we know it is quite an automatic and natural way to live. We bring the deep wisdom, energy and light within us to the surface.
This moment, take a deep breath. Hold it a moment. As you breath out, have a sense of emptying out all excess tension and stress. Notice the ease. Repeat this whenever you feel to. Such a simple thing, acts as a check-in. How am I carrying my self?
We are allowed to feel good for no reason. We can also calm and center our self in any situation, at any time. If we practice this in less extreme daily events, we would have trained this and can use it in times of greater challenge though such events may occur less as a result of our alignment.
During my training of clients, I provide tools, guidance and perspectives, to assist the calming of the emotional state. I don’t pump up emotion and rarely use it as a motivator.
Through a state-of-being during training, my sessions become a moving meditation and a spiritual practice. It’s an individual thing of course, with individual approaches. In this way, clients may experience a sense of alignment that has not been experienced by them before. Sometimes I have heard about the effects of this training on them years later.
In these ways, the body heals, the mind becomes clear, and energy is moving.
From presence, individuals decide what they do, if anything, with this energy. The consciousness of the group they are involved with may be a factor too. Whether that be a team, a company, a family, or a sense of a soul group, there is always choice.
People are just happy that they feel different or better. Lighter! How we feel within our self, is a great starting point.
Light Body Training is a methodology I have evolved through my career as a PT (27yrs), and my explorations of both the world and of consciousness. I have had the privilege to share and integrate new understandings and awareness into my own life and my professional sessions. I am glad to say this has helped others, and also, given me great opportunities to live life the way I feel to.
Sessions are one hour in-person and online. I have annual rates available. I find that a committed approach is an effective approach.
